Congratulations to our First Platinum CSIP!

It’s been a long time coming, but hearty congratulations from the Cirrus team to Adam Starr of Flight One at Archerfield, for being the very first in Australia to earn his Platinum CSIP accreditation. CSIP stands for Cirrus Standardized Instructor Pilot – which means that an instructor with this accreditation has been trained and regularly audited by the Cirrus factory to continuously provide superb instruction in Cirrus aircraft. The Platinum accreditation is given where a CSIP has conducted more than 1,800 hours total time and at least 1,000 hours of instruction in Cirrus aircraft. Adam has been involved with Cirrus for many years now and can give instruction on all model types – SR20, SR22 and SR-22T and Avionics variants including Garmin Perspective and Avidyne.
